I think that it's not necessarily needed, as all the stores that are on this site already have good reputation. That's the point of this site, to have only the best stores, where you can buy games without any complications. So all of them already did something right to be on this site in the first place. Although I agree, not every good store has good customer support. But that's only my opinion, maybe others would find it useful, it definitely wouldn't hurt me to have this 😉.
