Pricing for some keyshops is way off

Certain keyshops like Kinguin and gamivo and Instagaming don't account for payment fees on this site and they also don't account for your regional VAT. A ~ 22.5 € offer from Kinguin actually costs more than 27€ when you reach the checkout - including discounts. This is simply misleading and annoying. ofc you can then just cancel and not buy it when you see the price but my entire wishlist consists of deals from these sites. I have zero information about the actual best price. the fees and all are correctly showing for sites like eneba which is usually the actually cheapest shop all fees included. The site either needs to adjust the prices correctly, give us an option to ignore certain stores or at least the option to manually edit a price multiplicator at least. Then I can just at least add the 19% VAT and ₅% paypal fee per store.

This is still an issue, Kinguin service fees are simply not being added to the price, and cheaper deals elsewhere get ranked lower for it.

Kinguin service fees should be included in prices. We have even verified with the store that our fees settings are correct.

Please provide examples of help us identify the problem be providing:

url of the game affected
price on GG vs price on Kinguin.

Bear in mind that Kinguin is a marketplace and the prices there are very dynamic. It's also possible that GG is avertising an offer that was there, but it quickly sold our before we managed to scan the store again. We will try to increase the scanning frequency, but Kinguin's database is very heavy (100k+ products) and it takes a while to scan.

Been shopping at kinguin quite a lot since they often offer better price in spite of inaccurate pricing. With that said, I have not bought a single thing yet at price atvertised on gg.deals.

gg.deals always displays correct price before and after promo code (1st 2 figures in 1st screenshot), but the price after service fee never matches that I see at the checkout. At least not with conventional payment methods. This is EU region.

Here's 1 example:

I've tested this trying to figure out the service fee with steam cards a while back. I tried with 1 particular promo code and without it. If I remember correctly the service fee percentage was sliding between like 8-13% depending on how much you spend.

_nul Thank you for providing the example. While the difference is only 0.10 EUR, we will try to get this right.

However, we usually apply the cheapest out of the two fees (Visa/Mastercard vs Paypal). AFAIK, the Visa fee should be lower than Paypal at Kinguin. So could you check if our price is correct for the VISA payment fee?

gg.deals seems to be a bit behind, because it shows price before voucher at 29.75 (non existent), but with 29.79 starting price (0.04 difference) get similar results as before

Paypal total: 29.37
Visa/Mastercard total 29.88

Similar story with Eneba (even with the Wallet, it still would add about 2€ fee for loading it, but it's also more cumbersom to use as it's only in €, while game prices are in PLN and they can change, so you would have load more than price, etc.)
