Pic from licenses https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/ : After Sync, not show is owned. https://gg.deals/game/hot-lap-league-deluxe-edition/ I think the problem is that when someone buys it, the purchase history shows it as "Hot Lap League", but in reality they get "Hot Lap League: Deluxe Edition".
