Same thing happen to me. Pre ordered the Last of Us with some other games. They did deliver an elden ring and stellaris key but the pre order they never send the key.
Trusted blindly that keyshops in gg.deals would be safe, always bought through them without a problem.
Guess there's always a risk, specially the new ones.
Hopefully gg.deals in the future doesn't accept any keyshop to be listed without some kind of check to ensure these things don't happen.
