Double notifications in forum

I'm not sure what is wrong, but I'm getting double notifications, for the same reply, in this forum.

Here is an example:

When I middle clicked both, same topic opened, is it normal?

This is standard behavior of forum engine we're using (Flarum) - there are different reasons to trigger notification and each of them gets its own entry in notifications dropdown (and email message, if you enabled email notifications). We're aware this is not optimal, but this is low priority issue and we're hoping it will be fixed at some point in the upstream.
