Here's everything we've shipped today and in the last few days
Product grouping:
Similar products are now grouped on game cards. You can disable the grouping in the settings pop-up. You can read more about this update here: https://gg.deals/announcement/new-feature-grouping-of-similar-offers/
Mobile layouts:
We have modified the mobile layouts of:
- Notifications pop-up
- Notifications page
- Collection page
- Ignorelist
- bundle tables
The goal is to get rid of title cropping. We utilize vertical images and allow more space, so that game titles and notification titles are displayed in full. For example, previously the notification window couldn't fit the error message "There was a problem with synchronizing your Steam wishlist. Try again later". Now you can read it with no problem on your mobile phone.
We're also fiddling with the game card mobile layout, but what you see there is not definite, as we're conducting usability tests.
Other changes
- We have changed our integration with the Etail.Market. Going forward, you will see offers from their EU, UK and US stores separately, allowing you to find the cheapest price. The new grouping system will help avoid offer cluttering
- Giftcards on GG.deals are no longer region locked - you can compare prices of, say, Brazilian gift cards in, for instance, the United States region.
