Can anybody give an example?
They sometimes have minor delays in price sync, but every "wrong" price I've seen so far turned out to be me not noticing some detail.

For instance, lowest price was there, but for a different platform (like epic instead of steam).
Stores like Penguin or G4A lowest price almost always require a promo code (always shown).
"Best price is hidden" - this is listed in "risks" section of some stores, where they offer you another price at the top and you have to scroll down to find the "best" price.

Key shops were other people can sell can also have the seller out of stock and you'd just get offered a different seller with a higher price.

Thanks for pointing this out - it was a malfunction in our indexer for this store. It should be fixed now and prices should be correct.

There are multiple reasons why prices may be incorrect/outdated, so taking any automated actions may be tricky. At least at start we probably will review every report manually.

Well, I checked it out and sure enough.
Academia: School Simulator shows up at 20euros (specifically for humble) on gg.deals and 13.99 on Humble.

I'm guessing it's desynced (and will fix itself later), although thinking ahead, I'm not certain how "wrong price" button would have to work to help.

A specific amount of "wrong price" votes triggers a price sync?
Enough votes shows the price as wrong on website? (this would probably need some heavy restrictions to avoid abuse)

I know this is a couple of weeks old, but here's an example of a wrong price.

GG shows the game for $0.90, but Eneba (key shop with this price) has it for $32 cheapest offer. It is 30 minutes past the time the price was posted, so unless those keys sold out really fast (always a possibility), this price is wrong. Not to mention, it is now registered as "historical low."

For the past 4 or 5 months I keep seeing a price of about 15 dollars for Ixion from Gamivo, but it's for a version I can't install in the US. Is there anyway to add something that sorts the prices by region even if they're showing in your currency as well?

Also I kept seeing a price of below 5 dollars for Final Fantasy XV complete edition on Kinguin/G2Play a while back (the Historic low still shows on the price feed), but the seller was constantly out of stock, never actually had it, or sold out so fast that the price remained up for more than 12 hours before the site would change it. They kept advertising the price even though they couldn't fulfill the order when I tried to purchase it, causing me to have to initiate a refund ticket on two separate occasions.

So I think at the very least it'd be nice to have a warning flag we can throw to alert other users that the price might not be accurate for more than just the usual reasons.

TheRealAlpha2 I got rid of the "Ixion ROW EN/DE/FR/JA/KO/RU/ZH/ES Global Steam CD Key" product from GAMIVO. This one wasn't meant for the US (and, in fact, it shouldn't be available in any of the regions we support), but due to its naming, I was sure there was nothing wrong with it.

As for FF XV Complete Edition, I have cleared the price history of all shady entries.

noticing prices have been wrong more than usual last couple months. Fyi, currently Greenman gaming is showing Land of the Vikings ($15.99), Lords and Villeins ($21.25).

Gamivo for example lists their paid membership prices. This is extremely annoying.

Eneba almost daily at this point has a game or two with insane prices and every "deal" that I managed to snag has been a scam or an incorrect product. And it doesn't help that Eneba's support almost purposefully avoids refunding you by basically literally gaslighting and lying by asking you to send the same thing over and over again pretending you never sent it.

With like around 5 purchases (and 1 gift from a friend that also was a wrong key) from them throughout times (luckily all cheap), literally 0 have worked and only 1 has been refunded.

Never thought I'd need to report a website to the authorities for online theft lol

zeruel132 That's unfortunate. I've bought almost 20 games from eneba, but never had the displeasure of needing to get a refund from them. Their prices always seemed to be reasonably discounted with fewer "gotchas" or surprise price increases like Gamivo or Kinguin who always seem to go up about 2 or 3 bucks by the time you get to the checkout. But like those sites they rely on individual resellers. If one price is significantly out of line compared to the others on their price list for a game I'd say to be cautious of the seller for starters, much like the situation I related with Final Fantasy 15 where it was like 5 bucks less expensive than the others. Make sure you check to see what the going rate is between a few of their sellers, if one is sharply lower it might be a fake out.

I'm not completely put off from these RE-Etailers, but some prices certainly feel like bait and switches designed to get you on to their site. I won't speculate whether it's the resellers or the websites doing it, but either way there's no excuse for taking forever to refund or correct a bad key. Kinguin might have taken their sweet time getting back to me when My purchases failed, but they were at least easily forthcoming with my money when the refund process went through.
