Xbox wishlist is relatively simple and we plan on an adding support for Xbox sync soon.
PSN, on the other hand, doesn't allow user wishlists to be shared, therefore there's no way for us to import wishlist data. We may look into a workaround with 3rd party apps but that's gonna be further on the to-do list.
