Some keyshops are pretty much run as scam sites, posting low prices for some games but they don't deliver the keys and are asking you to accept refunds as coupons, which you then find you can't use unless you make expensive purchases. And attempts to get the refund back to your card are stonewalled, until you threaten with initiating a card chargeback.
There must be a way to ban such keyshops, so that you never see their prices when you look at your wishlist at least.
