Option to create default settings for alerts

Can we have an option to set default setting for alerts? For example I'm not interested in Giveaways and each time I set up alert I need to switch it off. I'd love to have it off by default on my account.

The possibility to have a default type of alert.
I mean, if I prefer to have my games only with Steam key, when any price drop come and be notified by instant e-mail and brower pop-up, it would be nice to have a default type of alert, maybe create multiple type. Because, actually, I always have to uncheck the other launcher, or check something else, and it's a pain in the *ss.

And long time ago, it existed a plugin on Firefox which say, on the Steam Store page's game, when a game was in a bundle, and also his lowest price on Steam, and resellers.

It would be great that we could set a preset for alerts. So instead of seclecting each single option again and again each time we add an alert for a game, we could have some presets already defined in our accounts.

wizcreations Epic Games now has wishlist function. Can you add them to the site's features?

We could add it if it will be publicly visible. But AFAIK wishlist at Epic is only visible to the account owner, so we don't have access to it.

There are plans to allow configuring default alert settings, but I can't really say when it will be done.

Alert - save last used settings, or add option to set default settings which will be used for all games when creating a new alert.

E.g. Target and Notifications, for each game I have to change it from "Instant email & browser" to "Instant email" only

This way we could create alert for a game with a single click, the same as Wishlist.

EDIT: First click to "Wishlist" button would create an alert and second click would edit alert, only if needed.

It would be nice to have "default stores" for alerts. It is a bit tiring always having to uncheck stores I don't want to use (e.g. Epic).

I can't be bothered to click the same options every time. I only care about Steam games.

I would use alerts a lot more if I didn't have to customise all the options.

I'd suggest either

Remembering what settings the last users created alert used and using that.
A customisable default alert for your account, as originally suggested.
Or more powerful, ability for users to create preset alert types.

Personally, I only want email notifications for a select few games, i.e. "the games I really want but I'm waiting for a deal".

Whereas browser-only notifications would suffice for most games I want alerts for, i.e. "games I would only buy if they were sufficiently cheap, and/or I wouldn't be heartbroken if I missed out on a deal".

It would make tracking much easier - instead of seeing a game I want but not on the platform/drm or from a store I want
