Hello, I'm looking for a bus driver simulator, I've been waiting for years, I already tried some, read the reviews and I have a wishlist, but still don't know which game should I buy.
I'm looking for someone who played all/most of these games and can recommend the best bus driver simulators.
What I want (not everything is necessary):
- full controller support (Xbox One), or at least while driving, if the game is good/cheap
- realistic - blinkers, wipers, traffic lights, refueling, weather, rain, snow, day, night
- old and modern buses, articulated buses, trolleybuses, trams
- career mode, motivation to play, unlock new buses, earn money, not just finish missions 1-20
- not many side activities while driving, or at least option to disable it, like ticket sales at each bus stop
- cockpit and outside camera
- good graphics, not too outdated
- multiplayer?
I already own/tried:
- Bus Driver (old, no cockpit camera)
- Bus Driver Simulator (bad graphics, bugs, no motivation to play more)
- Bus Simulator 18 (tested for just about an hour, I didn't like ticket sales)
Wishlist:
- Bus Simulator 21 (is it possible to disable ticket sales and similar options?)
- Fernbus Simulator (it looks very nice, DLCs, any problems with this game?)
- The Bus (nice, but just 1 route or so?)
- LOTUS-Simulator (40€ +40€ for any DLC and just 1 bus and 1 tram?)
- OMSI 2 (quite old, bad graphics and perhaps too complex)
- Simt Simulator (buses, trolleybuses, trams, not on Steam, subscriptions, problems with controller - unplayable, no reply from developers)
- SimBus (not released yet, but it looks very good)
- Bus World (not released yet)
