Inaccuracies in Voidu Sale

The current Voidu sale on titles like Tormented Souls and Prodeus involves discounts of 20%. Deals.gg is accidentally posting figures of 40% discounts, counting the coupon twice.

We have temporarily removed Voidu from GG.deals until they fix prices in their product feed. All incorrect historical lows have been removed too.

It seem the problem is back again.
For example, Little Nightmares II looks 6.93EUR on gg.deals, but on Voidu it is actually full price.

PainKillerHUN The prices are correct - I'm verifying them via VPN. I check German VPN for EUR prices and USA VPN for US prices.

Perhaps you are from a region that is excluded from the sale? I can't verify this unless I know what country you're browsing from.

Inaccurate in the UK for sure, but it’s to do with whatever Voidu is doing with that coupon code. Lego Skywalker Saga and Klonoa both show as 50% off without the code on their site but when the code is applied Klonoa goes to 58% off and Skywalker goes to 65%.

Bhael The European region is covered based on prices & availability in Belgium. The offers ARE accurate for Belgium.

Sadly, it looks like many Eastern/Central European customers are excluded from this sale. We've received similar reports from users located in Romania, Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary. We can't really do anything about it because the region "Europe" is too vague. Voidu introduced discrepancies between European countries, it's a very unusual practice.

You can vote for your region in this poll & hopefully, we will fully support your region in the future Add support for more regions / more currencies . Only then we can ensure that prices are 100% correct.

PS: if you want to take advantage of these offers, you can always use Belgian / German VPN. It doesn't seem like such a crime - after all, users should be getting the same deal within the European Union...

Hello, I am in Italy and a lot of games/DLCs on Voidu are missing at all here. If I just select the "Store = Voidu" filter in the deals section (no other filters), I get a list of less then one page and a lot of games are old and already out of stock on Voidu. On the contrary, if I go on Voidu, just the special offers page lists more than 2.7k results (https://www.voidu.com/en/category/special-offers/).
I double checked also for specific games and, for example, God of War in GG.deals does not have any price for Voidu (as it is not sold there), meanwhile is on sale and In stock on Voidu (~~49.99€~~ 28.12€ https://www.voidu.com/en/product/god-of-war-2/10929).
Italy is not in the list of regions candidate for future support, so I expect it to work correctly and list all Voidu products with correct price. Am I missing something?

You're right, Johnx . Something's definitely broken now. We'll look into this - perhaps they have made some changes to their product feed.
