Thanks so much for getting in touch with us. I want to express my sincerest apologies for the issues or confusion this promotional email may have caused. I am happy to offer some clarification as well as some additional information that I hope is helpful.
We have sent out an email erroneously to users that may not have qualified for the promotion to receive Kingdom Come Deliverance. One of the qualifying factors for this promotion was that you needed to not already be an active subscriber. This is a type of promotion we try out from time to time for select users, and we are always working to find great promotions for everyone whenever we can. If you in fact did not receive this promotion at all and are just inquiring about it, I am terribly sorry as we can only extend this offer to users who did receive the email for their personal account! I apologize that in this case we clearly missed the mark as we are making adjustments to make sure this doesn't happen in the future.
Going forward, if you did receive the promotion email we will uphold the promotion for your account! All you will need to do is make the purchase of the 3 month subscription and apply the gift subscription to your account (do not gift to a friend). Please keep in mind this offer is only for users who personally received the email, and not forwarded from a friend!

Q: I am already subscribed. Do I get Kingdom Come Deliverance automatically?
A: Unfortunately, no as the purchase needs to be made during the promotion time-frame!
Q: Why did I get an email stating I wasn't eligible after the initial promotion email?
A: This was sent out to users who already had a multi-month subscription as this was what determined eligibility. As stated above, you can go ahead and make your purchase during the promotion time-frame and apply the gift subscription to your account to maintain your eligibility!
Q: What if I already purchased the 3 month subscription plan before being informed I wasn't eligible?
A: Worry not! As long as you made your 3 month subscription plan purchase and applied it to your account during the promotion you will be eligible!
Q: The subscription plan is a gift. Can I gift it to a friend or another user?
A: No, the subscription plan is a gift intentionally, but will need to be applied to your personal account to be eligible to receive the promotion!
Q: I am already a subscriber who has X months left on my subscription. Do I get the 3 months added on top?
A: Yes you will receive the 3 months on top of your current subscription!
Q: I qualified, made the purchase, and applied it to my account but haven't received Kingdom Come Deliverance yet. Why?
A: We will be rolling out the rewards for the promotion on October 23, 2018 (specific time TBD).
