You misunderstood me. I think this action, as well as settings button (or all options available in setting, because this screen is quite empty for now) should be present in this avatar menu. Right now, this avatar menu is what makes no sense at all, except for the integrated Logout button. Even here, in the community subpage, avatar menu has more functionality and is built the same way as it is built in most other services.
Now back to the misunderstanding topic, I took a detour. So, move everything to avatar menu, but where it has sense, keep that functionality available in current location as well. So in my previous post I meant that the current syncing location is great and (what I did not write) that it should stay there, but at the same time it would be great, to have those options available from the de facto standard location - i.e. avatar menu or settings subpage. And guess what, there is no sync option (other than avatar image syncing) in the settings menu, so ... I would add that one to the list of functionalities to add to settings subpage.
