Hide Games That You Already Own sitewide

As a daily user of this site it would be nice to not have the home screen (or any other part of the site) filled with deals for games I already own.

A ability to hide/show deals for games that is already in your collection. Because I see deals on the front page for games I already have on that service.

I would want games I own to be hidden on the homepage.

But on search pages I would prefer games I already own to be slightly greyed out, as the option to hide owned games already exists. Sometimes I'm searching for games to buy for friends, so hiding them here by default wouldn't be helpful.

Is there any news regarding this feedback from the devs ? Whether they're considering to add this feature or not. Because, Frankly, I find the option of hiding owned titles very convenient and why not in a form of a toggle. So, If for some reason you are looking for an owned game, you can search for it.
I can see that a lot of users share my thoughts when you consider the number of upvotes.
In addition, I would like hiding the titles when I ignore them, instead of greying them out.

makhloufaitlaziz Hiding games is problematic both in terms of performance (for example main page heavily relies on cache, so any customization of its content is problematic) and UX (hiding all games for example in DLCs section or in news, is confusing). If we implement this, it would probably work more like hiding ignored games - in some views (Games, Deals) games are hidden, but in other (main page, news, search) they're just marked as owned.

I'm here to ask for this option too.
Having a large library, most of my homepage shows titles with checkmarks next to them. This means that most of the time, the homepage is next to useless.

I read the comments here. It could be disclaimed that filtering site-wide disables caching per user. I can live with that. The benefit to my UX will be tremendous.
