Ideally I want to sync ignore list with Steam (but avoid "played on another platform").
Show option "Hide ignored games" under "Hide owned games".
I have many-many-many games in which I would never have interest in, no matter what.
Add fourth button "ignore", close to to "wishlist" "alert" "own"
