Game packs (aka Dishonored: Complete Collection) are already in deals list, but they are hard to find due to low deal rating. How the deal rating currently works is that it looks at the number of wishlist occurrences. The more users add the game on their wishlist, the better the rating. Unfortunately, packs are rarely added to user wishlists and therefore they're not very exposed. We can look into this mechanism and change it up to favour packs a little more.
Game bundles (aka humble bundle, fanatical) are indeed not included on the deals list. You can only find them in news section. This will be difficult to change.
