I'm from Egypt (not a country that is by any means big on buying videogames previously nor currently so i know of no reason whatsoever why we'd get a "special discount" on anything)
Also i took to mind that this could be due to the "10% special discount for Crashlands owners" so i gave it a shot & grabbed the game until the checkout point and the aforementioned discount was applied on the $8.99 price (resulting in $8.09)
All in all , 8.99 isn't even close to 19.99 - 10% regardless so that's also strange ... because like mentioned earlier , Egypt is far from anything like the European Union or US where markets become "friendlier" (which i know only 2nd hand from my overseas friends but never really experienced so i don't know)
Where are you from to get more than double my price if you don't mind too much my asking 😅
