on saturday (5.1.2019) I have received an email that I won Hellblade in gg.deals giveaway. I felt really happy that I first in my life won something so amazing. But key has been already used, so I have written email back if someone can help me with this problem, but after 2 days I have got no answer, than I have tried "Contact us" option on gg.deals page, but it is same, still no answer.
I dont think someone will send me another key, but I think there is no problem to write short apology.
Something like : " we are sorry for inconvenience, but we cannot provide you another key. You can try your luck in our new giveaway..." would be enough for me. Just ignore messages is not very polite way.
I need to say despite of this problem I like this page and its idea and I hope similar problems will be removed in the future.
