As for the Best of Platinum bundle, it's already expired. Stores may have only a limited stock of keys, or there may have been a misunderstanding between the store and the publisher that required the game to be removed from the bundle.
Unfortunately, stores don't notify us when these changes happen, so we can only correct them once a member of our team notices the issue or a reader reports it. It's difficult to say how often this occurs, but we do our best to fix these errors as quickly as possible.
