This is a new (to me) store. I purchased a key there for Rogue Waters earlier today. I've not received my key, but received a confirmation e-mail. However, when going to the order page, it states "Unfulfilled Authorized". There's an option for "Order status page" to check the order status, which leads to a custom 404 page not found error. I attempted to contact the company, which led to a form, but received no feedback/notification that my message went through and have not received a reply (automated or from an employee). I don't know if the order is dead or being processed or something else. I've not experienced an issue like this before with other stores. Has anyone dealt with this company before?

Vespa - This was resolved some time later. I received the key, which appears to work fine. I am unable to edit or delete the original post. I requested that it be deleted, but as it's still there, I thought I'd follow-up. I'd prefer that both messages be deleted.
