My order wasn't fully processed and it was subsequently cancelled through them. My card got billed though, and instead of issuing a proper refund, they just added that to their K4G Wallet.
So I can't even try buying the game somewhere else now, because those thieves kept my money.
A ticket about this matter received only an automatic reply, since then radio silence.
Don't risk buying in this store. It's not worth the hassle.
Should warn about this behaviour.
Any tips how to deal with them?

If you've tried to request a refund to the payment method used, and they've refused or failed to respond in a timely manner (7-14 days) then you can contact your issuing bank and file a chargeback. You will, or at least you should, receive the money right away while they investigate your claim. Be aware that doing this might get you banned from using K4G or their affiliates in the future.
