I think it would have a steam page up by now if they planned to. Maybe it's epic store exclusive, or maybe just timed exclusive, we'll see.

Yup most probably a timed exclusive I and moreover if it didn't sell well then they have to put on steam

I hope spider-man comes to pc's, but I can only dream :/
