Syncing problems

I've always had problems syncing my collections, both on Steam and Playnite

There are always games that fail to sync no matter how many times I do it.

Could share examples of such games?

Examples of games I own on Steam that don't sync:

Hades
The Thaumaturge
Green Hell
The Plucky Squire
1000xRESIST

and much more

Is there any way to reset the collection to load them again from scratch?

licordesoma Why do you think that they're not synced? I checked Hades and The Thaumaturge and both are present in your GG.deals collection with Steam as a source.

The games don't appear in the list with the same muted color as the rest of the games in my collection; there must be an error in how they are displayed in the list.

Both Pentiment and Resident Evil 3 are in my collection but Pentiment doesn't appear in the same muted color

licordesoma It’s not muted because it’s also in your Alerts.

If a game is owned but also wishlisted or included in an alert, we don’t mute it. Some users own a game on Epic and wishlist it on Steam, for example, because they still want to catch a deal for a Steam key. That’s why we don’t fade out games in that situation.

By the way, if your alert wasn’t removed after you bought the game and you no longer want it, please make sure the “Remove alert when a game is added to Collection” option is enabled in your Alert settings:
