Create a GG.deals browser extension/ userscript

I would absolutely love to have a userscript or a browser extension adding some gg.deals functions to the steam store, like price history, bundle info and a quick click-through. Are you planning on doing something like that? Currently I'm using this one: https://steamdb.info/extension/ but it only gives steam price history (no other stores) and no info about running/historical bundles. I was using enhanced steam but it significantly slows down the browser. :-(

GG.deals browser extension is a must-have, but first, we need to deal with the keyshop integration issues. Once that is sorted, our development speed should get better and we will start working on the most-requested user features.

remike I'm going to revive this again too. It's been a must-have feature and it looks like keyshop integration is in its final stages, so maybe this feature is in the works? If not, maybe volunteer devs can work on it? Split it in to smaller tasks and put out a post asking for people to help? As a dev myself, I know that creating an extension is no small feat but having a start or knowing there's a start is better than nothing. Also, I'm sure you know that for gg.deals growth, integration with other sites is crucial in order for people to keep the website in mind. Even besides that, gg.deals does provide a really great service, so this would be making it much better. Would this be possible in the near future?

gg.deals data on pricing, and now my personal data on what I own is very powerful.

For instance I love humble bundles, and checking the news to look at the latest humble bundle and checking it against what I already own is very useful.

Core functionality for an extension like this on store pages would have to be:

Is this a good price?
Do I already own this?

Additional functionality I would love to see:

Steam review score
Is this Steam Deck verified?
Button to Wishlist it on gg.deals
Button to create an alert on gg.deals

If you use Augmented Steam(which I highly recommend), you can add a direct link to GG.DEALS on the steam store page. It would be better to just see the price right there, but this is the next best thing.

To do this, go to Augmented Steam's settings and on the left click Store>App Page. then scroll down and click "Add custom link" under "Options for information from 3rd-party sites"

Add these details:

Name: GG.DEALS
URL: gg.deals/steam/app/[ID]
Icon: gg.deals/favicon-32x32.png

Now a button will appear on the left of every steam page taking you directly to the GG.DEALS page. Hope this helps!

Ramun_Flame Tried doing this and while it does link to gg.deals, it gives me an error of not being able to locate the game each time. Thoughts?

We really need a simple extension with a link to the game on GGD, and the current price (official+keyshops), and maybe historical lows (official+keyshops). That's all. I have all these addons and I still need to go to GGD site to see the actual best prices... (It's 17.09€ on CDKeys for this example)

Ramun_Flame I have also used the same button for a long time without issue. I just used the 16x16 icon since the icons displayed by AS are 16x16, at least on my 1440p monitor.

I also made a button for GG.deals search by the games' name, but the appid always seems to work anyway so this is not really needed:

Not sure what to tell you. Works perfectly for me and takes me directly to the game's page on gg.deals. Make sure you have the url correct exactly(just copy paste if unsure). Try it on a few pages, just in case there's some game where it doesn't work(haven't encountered any yet).

I'd grateful to have some sort of browser extension (or at least a userscript) to have a button for displaying the best (and historical best) price, alongside with type of DRM on Steam Store Pages (and also other select shops, at least GOG, Humblebundle, itch.io and Epic).
