This can happen in two main cases.
Some merchants are connected to multiple marketplaces via API and occasionally send incorrect prices by mistake. When that happens, we briefly receive and display those offers before the stores correct them on their end.
The other common reason is very limited stock. In those cases the cheapest offer can sell out within seconds, but notifications may already have been sent before the next price scan picks up the change.
When we notice issues like this, we either correct the price manually or wait for the next scan once the store fixes the data in their API.
