Not all games sync from Steam collection

Hello!
I've just bought Secret Files / Lost Horizon collection from https://lowcygier.pl/promocje-cyfrowe/animation-arts-collection-za-782-zl-w-gama-gama-ru/. After redeeming tke key on Steam I tried to sync my Steam collection.
"Secret Files 3" is the only game from this collection which does not sync automatically from Steam. I can only add it manually.

We'll look into it. At the moment I can't figure out why this particular game is problematic. We have it in our database. I passed the message to the programmers.

We don't have access to this view, we can see only public list of games available on your profile. If there is no such game there we cannot synchronize it.

You are right. The game does not show on my account page, as seen here:

We do not have access to your store view nor Steam client, we can only sync games visible in your public collection page. You should probably report this to Steam and ask why this game is not visible at https://steamcommunity.com/id/radowy/games/?tab=all

It looks like global issue.

rocannon Just FYI: I do not know how do you get the list of games from one's profile, but the call to SteamAPI http://api.steampowered.com/IPlayerService/GetOwnedGames/v0001/?key=YOUR_STEAM_API_KEY_HERE&steamid=76561198133223386&format=json shows Secret Files 3 (AppId=216210) as owned by me.

Well, that's interesting... We've used this API at the beginning of Salenauts, but it returns less games than collection view at steamcommunity.com. But it seems that each source has some exclusive titles and we should scan both sources... I'll take a closer look at this next week. Thanks for help.

Later today I'll try to run the game for a few minutes and will report the results. Maybe accumulating some game time on it will make it appear in the collection view. Unexpected are the judgements of the masters of Steam.

I've just accumulated about 1-hour playtime with Secret Files 3. Still, it is not visible on https://steamcommunity.com/id/radowy/games/?tab=all

It took longer than I expected, but it should be fixed now - we're using both sources to fetch games from Steam collection. I refreshed your collection and Secret Files 3 (and 5 other games) appeared in your collection.

Geralt We're not indexing Steam bundles prices. This is still on our TODO list.
