Alert based on the discount value

E.g. alert will activat, when the game on Steam will have a 90% discount.

+1 rather than price target, it would be a good idea to add another option like discount ones

+1 great option. Currently I have all alerts set to 50 cents (can't bother to set individual limit for each game), needless to say it's suboptimal. 😃
