Recently, due to changes in related Steam APIs, most websites,including gg.deals, can no longer fully sync with users' game libraries. In particular, owned f2p licenses without gameplay hours are not synced. As a result, users would need to manually run potentially thousands of games just to fully sync.
Even before this issue, there were multiple cases where certain DLCs and packages were excluded from sync. While these limitations were expected given the constraints of the Steam API used for automatic syncing, it has now become increasingly unsustainable.
To address this, I was wondering if gg.deals could allow users to provide their own list of steam app IDs, for example taken directly from the private API:
https://store.steampowered.com/dynamicstore/userdata/
This would be the most reliable approach for users who need accurate syncing, even if it requires a manual step.
