I really enjoyed In This Corner of the World in manga version, and I wonder if I should watch this movie now, or just wait for extended edition. It's coming out in December this year, and it's gonna have 30 minutes more of new footage 😛

Devilman: Crybaby

One of the more "fresh" series I finished this year. Full of violence, nudity, and sex 😛 It's quite different from the normal anime series, but it's really good. After watching it, I think I wouldn't mind more animated series made by Netflix.

From the newest season...

Zombieland Saga had amazing first episode, but it starts turning into a "standard" idol show, so I won't recommend it now. Just watch the first 2 minutes, it's worth it.

Goblin Slayer... Edgy. Again, started as a REALLY dark story, then slowly turns into "standard". There are still some NSFW things, but it's not as interesting as the beginning.

You know what? Just watch JoJo. Never disappoints. Part 5 airing right now.

I've practically stopped watching new anime and only continue watching things I've started long ago, like "new" episodes of Ghost in the Shell, Dragon Ball or Captain Tsubasa. Now I am waiting for third season of Code Geass ... actually not expecting much. 2nd season was already a big deja-vu of 1st season (episode-to-episode-wise), but how the story was finished - I loved it (and I love the music played during last scenes, both orchestral Madder Sky and Hitomi's song Continued Story). Due to how it ended I don't think they can really give us something equally good, no matter the resurrection being part of the title :/
Sadly, there are other series I'd like to see being continued, like Claymore (manga completed), Highschool of the dead (manga unfinished, author died) or Skip Beat (manga still grows in number of chapters 🙂).

Soul_Reaver There will be no 3rd CG season, just a movie. And you should check the newest movies, there are just a recap, but they changed the story a little... (the "resurrection" movie will follow them) The biggest change - one character doesn't die.

I did not read too much about it. I've only seen R3: Re:surrection, so I thought it will be third season. Nothing to think about until release. Now I've checked and O.O I did not know there were another 3 movies already. Ok, more or less recaps, but still it would be good to see that story again (in much shorter version). I'll wait till final Re-lease and watch all 4 together at once.

on another not, try watch the new anime, Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken
it has slow ~ normal pace like 80% of 1ch manga content / episode, so there is no too much content cut which is kind of normal in anime, i already read the WN (Web Novel) till the end, and it's been good ride and the ending was superb ones, sad the anime only cover a few arcs with 2 cour (more likely 24 episode)
