I bought the new Dynasty Warriors in their store. The ad makes it very clear that the game activates on Steam in my country, but it didn't. I contacted them and they said they have started the refund process. They then closed the ticket without me being able to continue with the support.
I opened a ticket again and they said they wouldn't give me a key that activated in my country, then closed the ticket again saying they would refund me.
I opened a new ticket, informed them that I had bought with a credit card, and that the process would just be to cancel the purchase. They didn't and the purchase is already on my bill.
I asked for proof of the cancellation of the purchase and they kept repeating that they had started the refund process and mentioned that if the refund failed, they would give me store credit. I don't want store credit.
They still won't give me proof of cancellation and keep repeating about refunds, but they won't do anything.
