Not necessarily complaining here, that's what happens when you deal with keyshops, but I think this should be listed as one of the risks when purchasing from the site, and if I had known it was a possibility I wouldn't have bothered. Thankfully they did at least offer a quick refund, but still. Worth noting this was probably because I'm using a VPN, so keep that in mind I guess, if you're considering purchasing from them.
