How long does a price have to be available for it to make the historical price mark? The price posted 43min ago (as of this post) shows $8, but at the site it's $18. How do you confirm that the price is valid for actual purchase and then how frequently do you refresh to confirm that it's still available?
Then checking the other prices - none of them have it available for the price posted - they are all $10 more.
