I bought a used key and need your help

Hello,I bought a key from Gamivo (I've bought some keys before and had no problems), but it's already been used.
I tried contacting their support, and they asked me to provide a screenshot of chat with steam support to prove that the key was not used by me.
Then
I contacted steam support and wanted them to tell me the key's usage time, but they couldn't tell me due to user privacy.
So
What can I do to prove that this key is not use by me?Does anyone here have similar experience?

ron67782 got a key from kinguin only for 1 week later it's revoked and now a warning against my account bc the shady dealer sold me a fraud key that was revoked. the solution? they sent me an 8% discount code...thats right.. the site hands out 12% deals on all their games but if they wrong you, you get a whopping 8%- almost half what they give everyone who just wanders in and buys a key. kinguin customer service is all bots with auto response code. be careful buying from gg.deal key sellers. apparently they dont care enough to vet them

You attach a screenshot of the Steam message and the serial number record in your account details, and ask them to refund.
Also, can you tell me which merchant on kinguin you bought it from? This can help more people avoid being deceived.

ron67782 yes to be fair the merchant (CyberVolt) eventually replied and refunded, which unfortunately was less than the current key costs. But what bothered me the most is it caused and alert on my account for the key being revoked. not cool. kinguin otherwise has great sellers but their customer service wasn't great. you can use ggdeals and get 12% literally any time but they acted like they were hooking me up with an 8% discount code. I came in a little hot at ggdeals even though they do get some fraudulent behavior slipping through the cracks, I understand it's just a helpful site to redirect to key sellers.

I have suffered losses from these two merchants, I will avoid them.
