Any chance you could specify the "risk" of the store randomly putting orders on hold?
Today I ran into 3rd store that accepts the payment, effectively freezing money (unless I comply) and then decides to doubt who I am, effectively holding my money hostage unless I hand over personal info.
I use paypal where possible, so I'll just go through there if they don't come to their senses, but this is getting annoying. It also enver happens with 2$ games, it's always the 60+ payments.
