Gameseal.com is a Phishing Scam

Yesterday I made a legitimate purchase and required me to provide an image of a paper receipt in order to complete the transaction. I explained to them that there is no paper receipt since this was an electronic transaction. They replied that they wanted a non-related paper receipt to prove my location.

I regret not reading your post earlier. I tried to make a small purchase and they asked for a valid ID

"To complete the order, please provide a photo of a valid government-issued ID (resident card, passport, or other official document). Make sure that your name, surname, and the document's expiry date are visible."

What is the point of me using paypal than if they require even more verification?

also had issues with gameseal and then when I was securing my private data I noticed a leak directly from gameseal. I suggest they be removed from gg.deals

My card got stolen a day later funny enough. I only bought from the official konami store and another trusted site a few hours after I bought from gameseal.

They asked for the same thing. I used paypal. So they got no information. They wanted my ID.
I asked them to give my money back (they did so) and delete my account, they havn't done that as of now. It's been a couple of months. Wondering if i should ask GDPR to go after them, cause they have my infomation that they refuse to delete.
