There was an offer for the game Sea of Thieves from the g2a website. After purchasing, the codes I received did not work and it happened twice. PLEASE contact me quickly because he's going to piss me off

MrFish Several years ago I had a similar issue, went through PayPal resolution to get a refund since G2A effectively ghosted me in the support. Deleted my account on G2A after that and haven't shopped them since. If you get burned with a keyshop, charge back and terminate the account. Don't expect PayPal to side with you twice if you go back to the same place and throw them some more business. Gotta vote with your wallet.

I recommend using a credit card, and doing so directly through Mastercard/Visa.

Less hassle when trying to refund.

Strufab The credit card charge backs are more expensive if you go through the CC companies. If you use a credit card to go through PayPal, you can take the up the issue with PP and hopefully they fix it. If they won't help you, you can escalate to your credit card company and leverage PayPal that you'll close your account. I know the end is the same but you have more links in the chain that might fix your problem for you.
