Yes, they have some really annoying practices with extra subscriptions etc. We have listed them all in the "risks" section. However, once you learn how to disable these baity charges, you should be able to obtain a working key at a low price. I have bought many products there myself (mostly Xbox top-ups) and they work just fine.
If we start removing stores that aren't perfect (we had request to remove GAMIVO, Etail Market, G2A, Kinguin and more), we will end up being a lackluster price comparison site, offering smaller line-up of stores than our competition. I'm not sure this is what we want. I think that a better solution would be to add a toggle for "Customer Protection Program" fee and enable it by default in the same way that it's enabled on GAMIVO by default. I will add it to the to-do list for sure.
