OK, I know what happened and I'm not sure if this is a bug. Deals in widgets has forced "One deal per game" filter, which displays only one (best) offer for each game. So these missing offers are hidden because there are better (but older, so they're not visible in widget) deals for this game.
It may be confusing, but there is a limited space in widgets and we don't want o waste it on "almost best deals".
