That's unfortunate, I'm glad my case was resolved but I escalated to PayPal which puts you in contact with Gamivo, and then you're just back and forth with Gamivo, then you need to follow up with PayPal and say you do want to escalate it and give all the evidence you have. That's when Gamivo reached out and said they would refund me but I wasn't budging an inch and the relationship had soured so much I was/am no longer willing to be a customer with Gamivo. If they would have been decent to begin with and offered actual customer service I was even willing to pay a small fee so they wouldn't take the full hit, but they expected me to take the full hit.
Wish they would have been decent to begin with. I'd rather pay a fee to PayPal for a charge back rather than let a deceitful company tell me I'm SOL and they're keeping my money.
