Bug, two different games mixed up because of the same title

I have an alert set for "INSIDE" by Playdead and have received a notification about it being on sale only to find out that the game on sale is in fact "Inside" by Garnudo Games - a completely different game indeed. Were these two games really mixed up because of the same title?

Wernwulf We have already fixed this issue, the only thing left is entry in "Best Deals" on main page, but it will take time to reload the whole thing. It should be gone in a few hours. Sorry for the trouble!

I already wrote about it in this topic:
Wrong correlation between games/packs/DLCs (comment)
and they fixed it fast. I wonder though is it possible to avoid something like this from happening in the future. Hopefully it is, because it can cause some disappointment when somebody names their game "GTA V" 😉.

why's this issue marked as solved...?

there're two games with the title "Fortify" on Steam but on gg,deals, you can only find the one released earlier

if you use app ids instead of titles, you could solve such conflicts
