www.allyouplay.com - is it legit / safe?

I'm not using keyshops, but this eshop is in the "Official Shops", so it should be legit and safe, but I found some suspicious posts about it.

I'd like to buy just 1 old game for 1,49€, but I don't want ban and problems with my steam account for weeks or months, just because of such old and cheap game.

Are those issues I found old and resolved already? Is this shop really safe and legit?

Tr0w Thanks, I think that eshop was removed, I never bought the game from that eshop, so it was a good decision.

Just to interject here, I bought Home Design 3D in April of 2023 from them and key was supplied in couple of days, after I complained it didn't become immediately available.
Before that in 2019 they were selling preorder keys for Vampire: The Masquerade® - Bloodlines™ 2, while it was still likely that the game will come out. I received this email in 2021:
