Consider removing eTail.market from the list of Official Stores

Hello, I'm a long time user of gg.deals, and the only reason I interacted with the eTail.market website was because they were listed here as an official store and had the best price on the game I wanted. I trusted gg.deals before on less known stores and I've never had any problems with my purchases. Dealing with eTail.market made me see that they bring an experience far closer to a key store in the fact that there are risks and far less support then any other official store I've used so far. I've purchased a prerelease of a game for over 70 euros, once the game got released I got the key (immediately revealed on the screen) and steam told me the key was already redeemed. I thought that was a bit weird (first time it happened to me in well over 500 purchases on different stores) but I was like these places have support, let me contact them and they will resolve my problem. There is no support ticket system like on any other store I've used, there is a contact us form to which they haven't replied in 48h. The only other way I found to get in touch with them was through Discord, and while searching for this I've found that many people had problems redeeming their keys from this website. I am still waiting on an answer on Discord, but the fact that I am in this position and that many others have been or are in it too makes me think that they shouldn't be recommended amongst official stores here which other people like myself might interpret as completely and fully safe. Keep gg.deals clean people!

I Can confirm, that ISN'T a good "offical" reseller. More like a shady one.

They don't deliver the key, after I wrote I don't arrived a key, they refund instant.
oh and I have some fees extra (Germany) That isn't normal here in normal stores.

Please remove that store or list it as shady keystore.

Is there any way to remove them from the list of official stores? I DO NOT want to use them and they are messing up the price tracking as well as my alerts (edit: I did find you can remove them from alerts, which is nice, at least!). Strongly considering using another tracker because of this one store, which is a bummer.

Their side says that you can pay by PayPal and at the end of the order process they do not offer that option anymore. Just a scam in my eyes. They don't reply to requests to delete my account on their website which is by the way against european law. At least add an option to blacklist this bs shop.

We don't have the option of blacklisting stores and I'm not sure when such option will be added.

The option to degrade them to keyshop section is not ideal. The official/keyshop classification is based on the source of origin of keys. I know for a fact that Etail is an official distributor. Their keys come from the same distributor as the one supplying Gamebillet and some other official stores. They are also whitelisted on /r/GameDeals/

The only option really is to terminate relationship with them and remove them alltogether. But in order to do so, I would need many more voices from the community explaining why they should be removed.

Our competitor site includes them in the comparison, so we would end up having a weaker selection than them.
I have tested their store, purchased a key or two and the working keys were delivered after 15 mins.
Their UI is terrible, but that shouldn't matter all that much in terms of whether or not to cooperate with them. After all, the purpose of GG.deals is to help you find the lowest prices.

When it originally appeared on GG Deals, I made my usual check of the shop and didn't like what I've seen.

Pretty low score on Trustpilot, with 3.5. For reference, Gamebillet (that I use the most) has 4.8

That was enough dirt to decide I wouldn't use it.
With any other key shop, that'd be the end of the story. However, eTail Market consistently scores first on 90% of the games I'm tracking, and it makes it very annoying to browse my wishlist, as the first result is never relevant to me.

I didn't spend enough time researching on the seller to argue they should be removed, so I'll take your word for it when you say the keys are legit. As far as I'm concerned, having a block option to stop seeing their deals would be amazing 🙂

I have bought dozens if not hundreds of games but this store is simply the worst experience. I've been waiting for three days and I haven't received the key. They don't respond to emails. I have confirmation from the bank that I paid. I'm thinking about going to the police and the bank for a chargeback. I do not recommend it with all my heart. It's the keyshop experience they show on TV: a gray area with no guarantees.

I'll bump this thread - ordered key for Ghost of Tsushima from this keyshop yesterday (since it ways listed as official store on gg.deals), still haven't received the key. No response from support either, only email saying "The product you ordered is currently in the waiting phase. We are waiting for the codes you purchased from our code provider." For me, they're clearly selling stuff they don't have (and not inform about it).
