Hey, through your site gg.deals I purchased Mortal Kombat 1 standard edition on Semptember 6th on one of the official stores eTail.market and to be fair I received the code for the game on the day of the premium release with no problem. But they didn’t provide the pre-order character. They (to this day September 26th, one week after release) still have the game listed as a pre-order with the DLC pre-order bonus listed in the description of the game.
I’ve been communicating with them about it but all I have received after a week are messages that they contacted the publisher/their supplier and are waiting for the response. And this same exact thing happened to my friend who also ordered from them before we knew about this issue. I think it is really shady and more people should be aware since you promote them. There is part of our conversation on their discord with many other people having other complaints, if you want to see some public proof.
They are listed as official store on your website, yet we didn’t receive what we paid for even after 20 days from my initial purchase.
