That may be some weird region lock - I have it in my free plan in Poland. I also have 1705 games on the list, so I have at least 2 games that are not available for you.
I suggest to contact with GFN support. But historically there were some problems with this game in UK (although it would be insane if they did not fixed this since 2 years):
